I'm Mechas Medina, a bilingual project manager with 19+ years running digital and creative projects across Latin America and globally. I've worked inside agencies, startups, and media companies, always in the space where ideas meet execution.

My background spans advertising production, digital platforms, e-commerce, content, and Web3. I'm Scrum-certified and I integrate AI tools into my daily workflow to move faster and document smarter.

I'm based in Mexico City and work with teams remotely across time zones. I care about clarity, momentum, and making sure the work actually ships.
